Senior AI Solutions Engineer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Design and build AI solutions for document processing, RAG, chatbots, agents, and process automation.

Own development, testing, integration, and production deployment.

Translate client requirements into solution architecture.

Support presales with estimates, demos, PoCs, technical proposals, and RFP responses.

Document solutions and mentor junior colleagues through code reviews and technical guidance.

Apply security, identity management, and Responsible AI principles.
Workflow Digitization & Automation
- Configure and support workflows within monday.com and related platforms
- Build automations, dashboards, operational boards, and process structures
- Support workflow integrations and connected operational systems
- Help customers improve operational visibility and collaboration
- Contribute to the standardization and scalability of customer solutions
Customer Consulting & Communication
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and operational discussions
- Understand customer pain points and operational challenges
- Present ideas and solutions clearly and professionally
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Support customers throughout implementation and adoption phases
Continuous Learning & Growth
- Learn modern workflow, automation, and low-code/no-code technologies
- Develop consulting and operational problem-solving skills
- Contribute ideas for improving methodologies and customer experience
- Stay curious about digital transformation and operational excellence trends
Preferred Qualifications:

4–6 years in software development or solution design, including 2+ years delivering production AI/GenAI solutions, preferably on Azure.

Experience in presales or technical proposals, including solution design and effort and cost estimation.

Strong problem-solving skills, focus on quality, and ownership of delivery.

Excellent communication in Greek and English with technical and business stakeholders.

Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry: prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.

Azure AI Document Intelligence and Azure AI Search: extraction of data from documents, invoices, and forms, alongside vector and hybrid search.
-
Power Platform and Logic Apps: Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.

Azure Functions, Python, and REST APIs: development and integration of applications and services.

Microsoft 365 Copilot and extensibility: SharePoint and Microsoft Graph API.
-
Security, identity, and Responsible AI: foundational knowledge, including Microsoft Entra ID.

Familiarity with non-Microsoft tools, such as LangChain and open-source LLMs, to evaluate alternative approaches and support comparisons in technical proposals.

Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) certification.

AI-900 or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) certification as an additional advantage.

Work on AI and automation projects that address real client needs.

Take ownership across the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and design to production.

Combine hands-on engineering with client consulting and technical presales.
