Project Manager – AI Analytics & Digital Transformation projects
Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of technology projects, coordinating clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners from planning through successful delivery.
Your Mission
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the expected quality, while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technology projects end-to-end
- Define project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal technical teams, vendors, partners, and clients
- Monitor scope, budget, progress, risks, and dependencies
- Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates
- Manage changes, issues, and client expectations
- Ensure timely completion and acceptance of project deliverables
- Support management with project forecasting and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in technology, software, telecommunications, AI Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field
- Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of technology project delivery
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent Greek and English
Highly Valued
- Experience with Microsoft, Cisco, monday.com, or similar technology ecosystems
- PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
