We work with businesses that are still relying on spreadsheets, manual coordination, and disconnected communication, helping them transition into more structured, efficient, and scalable ways of working through platforms such as monday.com and related tools.

As demand for operational digitization continues to grow, we are looking for a Business Process & Digitization Consultant to help customers transform and optimize their day-to-day operations.

This is a consultative role combining business operations, process improvement, and technology. You will work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design practical digital solutions. We are not necessarily looking for deep technical expertise or many years of experience. We are looking for people with strong potential, analytical thinking, curiosity for technology, and a genuine interest in helping businesses work better.

Your Mission:

Your mission will be to help organizations move from fragmented and manual operational processes to structured digital workflows that improve collaboration, visibility, efficiency, and scalability. You will work closely with customers to understand operational challenges, organize workflows, and implement practical solutions using monday.com and related low-code/no-code tools. The role combines elements of:

What You Will Do:

Business Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Understand customer operations, workflows, and business processes
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Map and structure workflows across teams and departments
  • Help customers organize operational processes into scalable digital systems
  • Translate business needs into practical and structured solutions

Workflow Digitization & Automation

  • Configure and support workflows within monday.com and related platforms
  • Build automations, dashboards, operational boards, and process structures
  • Support workflow integrations and connected operational systems
  • Help customers improve operational visibility and collaboration
  • Contribute to the standardization and scalability of customer solutions

Customer Consulting & Communication

  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and operational discussions
  • Understand customer pain points and operational challenges
  • Present ideas and solutions clearly and professionally
  • Build trusted relationships with customers
  • Support customers throughout implementation and adoption phases

Continuous Learning & Growth

  • Learn modern workflow, automation, and low-code/no-code technologies
  • Develop consulting and operational problem-solving skills
  • Contribute ideas for improving methodologies and customer experience
  • Stay curious about digital transformation and operational excellence trends

Skills & Experience:

Business Process Understanding

You should have interest or exposure in areas such as:

  • Process improvement and workflow optimization

You should be able to:

  • Understand workflows and operational logic
  • Ask thoughtful business questions
  • Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Think in a structured and operational way

Technology & Systems Thinking

You do not need to be a developer, but you should feel comfortable learning and working with:

  • Workflow automation and operational systems
  • Low-code / no-code platforms
  • Integrations and connected workflows
  • Tools such as monday.com and similar platforms

Experience with tools such as monday.com, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Zapier, Make, CRM, or ERP systems is considered a plus.

Communication Skills

The role includes customer interaction, therefore strong communication skills are important. You should feel comfortable:

  • communicating professionally with customers and presenting ideas clearly
  • leading operational discussions and understanding customer needs and pain points, aiming at building trust and collaboration
