Specifically: (i) in case of interest in a ERGOMAN product, data are collected that -depending on the visitor’s type of company- may be personal pata which, according to the posted contact form, include the following: company name, contact person, address information, postal code, telephone, VAT no., as well as any personal data that may be filled in the relevant form (expression of interest) in the field «comments»; (ii) in case of interest for a partnership with ERGOMAN, data are collected that -depending on the visitor’s type of company- may be Personal Data which, according to the posted contact form, include the following:  company name, contact person, email, address information, telephone, fax, business activity, people/personnel, as well as any personal data that may be filled in the relevant form (expression of interest) in the field «A few words on the company»; (iii) in case of interest for communicating with ERGOMAN, data are collected which, according to the relevant form, include the following: full name, e-mail, as well as any Personal Data that may be filled in the relevant form (expression of interest) in the field «comments», and (iv) in case of expressing interest for being employed by ERGOMAN, the personal data collected include the following: full name, father’s name, city of residence, education information, foreign languages, professional experience, technical skills, as well as any personal data that may be filled in the relevant form (expression of interest) in the field «cover letter», while interested parties have the option to upload their CV.

The above Website services users’ Personal Data are used by ERGOMAN in order to contact you for the purpose of informing you on its products and services, as well as for purposes regarding the possibility of professional employment by ERGOMAN.  

Data Recipients & Transfer to Third Countries

The recipients of the Services User’s data are ERGOMAN and the ERGOMAN Group companies, which may proceed to the processing of your personal data strictly under the same terms and conditions defined in this Policy, with which you agree by navigating and using the Website.
