The role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain custom web applications and integrated solutions. The role combines ReactJS frontend development, Python-based backend/API work, and the use of Microsoft Power Platform for low-code implementations.

You will work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable technical solutions. The role involves hands-on development, system integrations, and participation in application and data migration initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Develop custom web applications using ReactJS (frontend) and Python (backend / APIs)
• Use Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI as a user/consumer) to deliver low-code solutions
• Implement integrations between existing systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services
• Participate in application and data migrations (e.g. on-premise to cloud, legacy platforms to new environments)
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing solutions
• Follow best practices in coding, version control, and documentation

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of professional experience in web application development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and ReactJS
• Good knowledge of Python (REST APIs, scripts, basic backend logic)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, ideally Power Apps and Power Automate
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Databases, etc.)
• Experience with document management and workflow systems
• Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in a consulting or systems integrator environment
• Interest in AI-enabled solutions
• Comfort with vibe coding approaches
