Ergoman and Logicom / Microsoft Azure Host Successful “Accelerate Your Data & AI Journey” Event
Ergoman, in collaboration with Logicom and Microsoft Azure, successfully hosted the “Accelerate Your Data & AI Journey – Ergoman and Microsoft Fabric in Action” event last Thursday, May 22, 2025. The event, held at the CEO Clubs Greece ClubHouse in Flisvos Marina, Athens, drew significant interest with over 55 executives from more than 27 companies in attendance. The agenda featured insightful presentations focusing on the transformative power of Microsoft Fabric and the strategic importance of Data and AI.
The afternoon commenced with a welcome coffee, followed by opening remarks from Stefanos Manousis, Vendor & Professional Services Director at Ergoman, who briefly introduced Ergoman’s expertise on Data & AI field. Sakis Rokanas, Senior Cloud Solution Architect Data & AI at Microsoft, then took the stage to present “Microsoft Fabric: The data platform for the AI era.” His session highlighted the capabilities of Microsoft Fabric as a unified platform designed to streamline data analytics and enable AI-driven solutions.
Following a coffee break, Anastasios Bakirtzis, Team Leader Data Science at Ergoman, delivered a compelling presentation on “Automation, Data, AI – a Bi-Directional Relationship for Success.” Mr. Bakirtzis elaborated on the symbiotic relationship between these three elements and their crucial role in driving business advancement, specifically within the context of the digitization of processes and data analysis. He illustrated this with two compelling use cases. First, a solution for the Neos Voutza Volunteer Firefighting station, for which Ergoman sponsored its services to improve real-time incident management and resource allocation. Second, an AI-powered invoice processing system designed to automate data entry and reduce errors. These examples effectively demonstrated the practical application of Data and AI to solve real-world challenges and improve operational efficiency.
The event also served as practical evidence of Ergoman’s strong capabilities in Microsoft Fabric and Data & AI technologies. This recognition is further underscored by Ergoman’s recent achievement of becoming an officially designated Microsoft Solutions Partner for Azure Data & AI earlier this month. The successful event highlighted Ergoman’s commitment to guiding businesses through their data and AI transformation journeys.
The afternoon concluded with a cocktail and networking session, providing attendees with an opportunity to connect and further discuss the insights shared during the presentations.
